Jerry Coyne
Jerry has been an active participant in Pittsburgh's music scene for many years. He has a B.A. in Music Therapy from the University of Miami and works as a music therapist at the VA Hospital in Aspinwall. He is very experienced with gear as a former manager of Drum World in Castle Shannon. Jerry has played with many bands and artists in the area including Big Sky and Pizzazz, John Malo's Hawaiian Show, Jimmy Sappienza, Mojo Tones, The Rick Ramsey Band, and The Roadhogs. He has recorded with Sharon Kenny Band, 706 Union, The Firewalkers, and Brad Wagner and the Barflies. His musical tastes include jazz, blues, rock, and country. He's a member of the Percussive Arts Society, the American Music Therapy Association, and the Vic Firth Educational Team. |

Dave Katalin
Dave is one of our main drum instructors here at Waddell's. He has been teaching in the Pittsburgh area for more than 20 years. His education includes classical percussion training from the University of Montana where he majored in percussion and minored in musical theory. Dave is currently the drummer for the Dave Iglar Band. He started playing with them in 2006. Previously, Dave toured the Northwest for five years and was a member of No Foolin'. |

Allen Muckle
Allen Muckle has been teaching here at Waddell's since 2000. He is the only teacher at Waddell's who completely manages his own schedule and payments. Allen is a drummer's drummer. Educated at CMU, he is sought after by gigging and recording musicians across the country. Allen has firmly established himself as a leading drummer among Christian musicians, recording and performing with the likes of Tony Sutherland and Clarence Church. Allen has been the touring drummer with Sha-zam. He is currently the drummer for 8th Street Rox. |

Chris Williams
Chris drums in a Pittsburgh-based indie band Mariage Blanc and Ennei; and has toured with A-F Records band Incommunicado. He is well-versed in proper drumming techniques, and incorporates a wide range of styles and techniques into his music. He's a very active participant in Pittsburgh's music scene. |
